TERM 1

SCHOOL RE-OPENS:     Thursday 31st August 2017

MID-TERM BREAK:      Monday 30th October to Friday 3rd November inclusive

WINTER BREAK:          School closes on Friday 22nd December at 12 noon

 

TERM 2

SCHOOL RE-OPENS:    Monday 8th January 2018

MID-TERM BREAK:      Thursday 15th February and Friday 16th February 2018

ST PATRICK’S DAY:     Monday 19th March

SPRING BREAK:          School closes on Friday 23rd March at 12 noon

 

TERM 3

SCHOOL RE-OPENS:      Monday 9th April

MAY BANK HOLIDAY:   Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th

JUNE BANK HOLIDAY: Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th June

SUMMER HOLIDAYS:   School closes on Wednesday 27th June at 12 noon

* Notification of any additions or changes that are made to this calendar will be given to parents and pupils as they become available.  The Department of Education and Skills (DES) have stated that there will be one full-day school closure for in-school, whole-staff training in the new Primary Language Curriculum in 2017/18.  The date for this is still to be confirmed by the DES.
